All Benefits Insurance Services was founded in 2005 by Kali Frankos with one simple goal: help people understand their health and life insurance and feel confident in their coverage.

Before starting the brokerage, Kali began her career at Cigna as a secretary. Her strong work ethic and natural ability to connect with people quickly moved her into the sales side of the insurance industry, where she worked for several insurance carriers helping both small and large employer groups.

While she enjoyed working closely with clients, Kali often felt limited by the restrictions of working directly for a carrier. She wanted the freedom to advocate for clients, compare options, and truly help people find the right coverage.

If you’ve ever met Kali, you know she’s a feisty Greek woman who will do just about anything for her family, friends, and clients.

After leaving her final carrier role in Los Angeles, Kali moved to San Diego in 2005 for love and decided it was time to build something of her own. That’s when All Benefits Insurance Services was born.

A Family Business

In 2015, the business became a true family operation when Kali’s son Sonny joined the brokerage. Together, they continued building the company around the same values Kali started with:

• personal relationships

• real human support.

In 2026, Sonny’s wife Nin joined the team, bringing over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her background adds an extra layer of support for clients, especially when it comes to understanding provider options and navigating the world of authorizations.

Nin also expanded the business by leading the life insurance service line, helping individuals, families, and business owners explore coverage options such as term life, permanent life, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL). Her focus is helping clients not only protect their families, but also build long-term financial security.

Together, Kali, Sonny, and Nin work side by side to make insurance feel less overwhelming and far more personal.

Today, the center of their world is Sonny and Nin’s two children and Kali’s grandchildren.
